Case study / Drupal 10
Lenner Motors.
Vehicle management in one place.
The custom car dealer website for Lenner Motors runs on Drupal 10, a content management system (CMS). You enter a car once, and it moves on from there. Used cars come in from Omnetic, in-stock vehicles go out to the listing portals Sauto and Tipcars, and inquiries go to Raynet CRM.

Why Lenner Motors came to us.
There was a considerable delay between a car arriving in stock and appearing on the website. The team spent dozens of hours a month updating data by hand in several places at once.
Three changes.
Unified vehicle management
A car is entered once and moves through its whole cycle, from new to stock to demo. It can also be offered for operating lease or short-term rental.
Import and export without double entry
The Lenner Motors website takes in used cars from Omnetic. It sends in-stock vehicles to Sauto and Tipcars and operating leases to Sauto. Equipment lists are standardized by dealer codes.
Inquiries straight into the CRM
Inquiries from the Lenner Motors website flow into Raynet CRM and to email marketing providers.
Data flow
- Cars come in: new, in-stock, and demo cars from the dealer, used cars from Omnetic
- One place: a Drupal website with equipment lists organized by dealer codes
- Data goes out: in-stock vehicles to Sauto and Tipcars, operating leases to Sauto, website inquiries to Raynet CRM and email marketing
Cars arrive from the dealer and from Omnetic. The website publishes them and passes them on. Nobody retypes them.

What customers see of unified vehicle management.
Result.
Vehicle management runs in one place, with no duplicate work across platforms and fewer errors.
Every car has its own URL, an address you can share and use to find the car.
The website keeps ready-made answers in Redis memory. This is called caching. Caching is like a chef who prepares the sauce base ahead of time instead of making it from scratch for every guest. That keeps the website fast even with heavy filtering.
The system is ready for more brands and branches without changes to the architecture.
Before and after.
„Great communication! Finally, an agency that knows what it’s doing.“
