Case study / Drupal 11
Knight Frank prostory.
Find listings on a map.
Knight Frank prostory is a custom website for a real estate agency, developed by Abbreva on Drupal 11, a content management system (CMS). On the site, you search commercial property listings on a map and export them to PDF. Translations run through the DeepL translator, and job openings are pulled in from the Sloneek HR system. The site started as an outdated React application, which Abbreva converted.

What we worked on.
The website originally ran as an outdated React application. We converted it to Drupal 11. Today it’s a large CMS where properties are managed and inquiries are tracked.
The Knight Frank prostory website offers commercial properties. We migrated its data from a PostgreSQL database. Job openings for the careers page come from the Sloneek HR system.
Five integrations for a custom real estate agency website.

How can you protect a website from AI crawlers?
The Knight Frank prostory website limits AI crawlers to 10 requests per minute. Crawlers are artificial intelligence bots that browse websites automatically. In a single night, they sent roughly 24,600 requests. Listings, translations, job openings, and PDF export run in a single Drupal 11 site. Job openings load every 15 minutes.
