Instead of emails and screenshots, you click the spot your comment refers to and write it there. You then see the request status in the portal.
A request keeps the same ID from submission to deployment.

How it works.
Every request goes through estimate, approval, development, review, deployment, and notification.
- You get access to Abbrevio and log in under your own account.
- You write a comment right on the spot on your website that it applies to.
- We assess the request and price it. You then receive the quote for approval.
- You approve the quote and track the status of the request until it goes live.

Who can use the portal?
The portal is for clients whose access Abbreva has set up. Each user works under their own account. If you aren’t working with Abbreva yet, you don’t have an account.
What do I need to install?
The Google Chrome extension, which you use to add comments right on the page. It works only in the Google Chrome browser. You’ll find the link to the Google Chrome extension after you log in to Abbrevio.
How do I get to the portal?
Use the “Log in to Abbrevio” button at the top or bottom of the page. If you don’t have an account, request access.
