Project
Manager.
A Project Manager at Abbreva communicates with clients and plans the team’s work. They oversee the delivery of websites on Drupal, a content management system (CMS), from brief to launch. You don’t need to code, but you know how a website is made. These are projects for clients whose logos we show on the Our work page.
Terms.
- Full-time employment, freelance, or contractor
- Prague 5, Šafránkova
- Remote or hybrid
- Compensation based on experience
What you’ll do as a Project Manager.
- Handle primary communication with clients throughout the project
- Review and clarify briefs so the team knows what it’s doing and why
- Plan the team’s work and capacity
- Administer projects in Caflou, our internal project management system
- Oversee deadlines, scope, and budget
- Hand over finished parts for testing in Heurio, where the team checks them before launch
Every request carries the same ID from brief to deployment.
Who we’re looking for.
- Experience managing projects, ideally from a digital agency or IT
- Excellent Czech and clear communication with clients and the technical team
- Organization, thoroughness, and independence
- A basic understanding of how a website or web application is made (you don’t need to code)
- A plus: you already know Caflou, Slack, or Figma
