Standard web projects usually take 3 to 4 months, and complex projects with demanding integrations can take up to 6 months.

It is built for the "Enterprise" segment, which guarantees high security, and thanks to its modular structure, it allows you to define your own content types tailored precisely to your needs. Drupal is highly scalable, grows with you without the need to "throw away your website," and has multilingual capabilities built right into its core; it is also optimized for high traffic and millions of visitors.

We use Heurio for your comments, where you can write notes directly on the website. Please note: Once the website is complete, we will invite you to accept it. If you do not show up to accept it or do not respond, the work will automatically be considered accepted without defects.

Congratulations, you have priority. We guarantee availability (e.g., 99.9%) and will start resolving errors within a guaranteed time (response time), even on weekends. Ideally, submit your requests via the client zone in Caflou (create a ticket). We will immediately receive a notification on Slack and start working on it.

Of course, Drupal is used to manage content. But be careful with major technical interventions, because if you "break" the website yourself with unprofessional modifications, we will have to charge you for the repair.

We host our own VPS at DigitalOcean, where we have built our own multi-hosting for some of our clients. For others, we operate our own server, also at DigitalOcean. We ensure stability, monitoring, and scalability.

In order to meet deadlines, we need to work together. We commit to deadlines in the contract, but these are only valid if you provide us with the necessary materials (texts, images, access details) on time. If you are late, we will also have to postpone the delivery date.

We typically work on the basis of advance invoices or milestones. It is important to note that the work is considered paid only when the money is credited to our account. Until then, the outputs remain our property.

This happens, and we call it extra work. It refers to anything that was not included in the original assignment or budget. Since this work is not included in the project price, we always quote it separately and only start work after you have approved it.
